Cat in the Hat New Zealand Tour 2025

Do you have any questions about the Show? We have included some questions we have had from audience members in the past.

What are the Show dates and Locations?

The shows will run from January 15th to January 28th, 2025, with performances at various locations including Auckland, Tauranga, Lower Hutt

How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets will be released 10am on November the 12th. Use our Booking links to ensure you get to the Official Ticketing Agent for Show and Venue.

What is the duration of the show?

The show has a running time of approximately 50 minutes with no interval.

Are there any age restrictions?

The show is suitable for all ages. Cat in the Hat Live on Stage is loved by kids and adults bringing the story everyone knows and love to life on stage. Come by and have a great time.

Are there any pre-show or post-show activities?

Yes, there are areas to take photos, purchase merchandise, and even a Cat in the Hat activity book that can be purchased before and after the show.

What is the refund or exchange policy?

All ticket sales are final but if you have a genuine reason then you may apply for a refund or exchange with the ticketing provider that you purchased from.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the show starts to allow time for parking, ticket collection, and seating.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes each venue will have parking at or around the venue. For more information please find more details about the respective venue in relation to the location of the Show.

Can I bring food and drinks into the Venue?

Generally not but each venue is different. You will be able to purchase food & drinks in the foyer area.

What are the seating arrangements?

Seating is allocated at the time of ticket purchase. Accessible seating options are available for those who need accessible seating.

Is there a dress code?

There is no specific dress code. Feel free to dress up as your favourite Cat in the Hat or Dr Suess characters.

Is the show accessible for people with disabilities?

Please contact the respective venue for specific arrangement and details.

Are cameras or recording devices allowed?

Photography and Video Recording are strictly prohibited during the performance. However, you may take photos in the lobby areas.
